At Robin Maria Pedrero, we take great care in ensuring that your artwork is delivered safely and efficiently. Below is our comprehensive shipping policy for all art purchases.
1. General Information
We are committed to delivering your art as safely and promptly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-14 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
We ship both domestically and by request internationally. Please note that transit times may vary based on the destination and shipping service chosen at checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. Many art items include free shipping. For oversized or particularly fragile pieces, specialized shipping methods may be required, which could result in additional fees.
Our shipping and handling pricing varies depending on the Size of the Artwork piece you purchase. If we are able to deliver it locally, we won’t charge a fee for up to 10 miles. Every mile after that is $5/mile. We ship free domestically on orders over $2,500.
For international shipments, any customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee.
3. Packaging
To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition, all pieces are hand packaged with great care. We use protective materials such as foam, wrap, corner protectors, and double-wall boxes for fragile items. Larger or more delicate works may be crated for added security.
4. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for domestic deliveries:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (domestic)
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (domestic)
Freight Shipping: Used for oversized or particularly valuable pieces
All shipments include a tracking number for your convenience.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery through the carrier's website.

6. Handling Time
Please allow 1- 7 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom or commissioned artwork may require additional time to process before shipping. If this is the case, we will notify you of the expected shipping date during the ordering process.
7. Delivery Issues
If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and ensure its delivery. In the unfortunate event that your artwork is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and provide photos of the damage.
We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Returns & Exchanges
If you're not happy with a purchase, for any reason, you can return it to us within 7 days of the received date. As soon as it is returned in perfect condition, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned items must be returned in original packing, or comparable packing.
Due to the nature of artwork, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a return or replacement.
Please note: Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
10. Insurance and Liability
All shipments are insured for the full value of the artwork to protect against loss or damage during transit. If you prefer additional insurance coverage, please let us know prior to checkout.
Once the artwork leaves our facility, we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processes for international shipments.
