Sophisticated Opening Reception Event with Joy in the Breakroom
In making my decisions for my solo opening reception event during this time of health concerns I knew it was best to hire a professional. Having had wonderful experiences at events where Lilian brought the magic of her Joy in the Breakroom creativity, I contacted her with these special circumstances. She came up with an incredibly original idea. She researched food options and designed a phenomenal presentation. Joy in the Breakroom made a beautiful and sophisticated Hors d’oeuvres buffet during COVID times, carefully planning for all the delicious food to be individually packaged. There were several hoops to jump through to accomplish catering this event, and I am ever so grateful to Lilian for handling all of it and making it so sophisticated.
“ALL of our food is planned inside safe individual containers WITH LIDS, which means we spent hours and hours finding the right type for every item included in our delicate menu. The depth, the height, the shape, the colors and the display to be placed all together will always highlight our clients’ brands!”
The hors d’oeuvres look like little art pieces or jewels themselves! We did include my art in the table decor. Lilian came up with a unique way to display some of my art boxes.
Lilian lit up my acrylic art boxes and filled them decoratively. These boxes are available in my Society6 Shop . Aren’t they delightful!!
Here is Lilian of Joy in the Breakroom at my solo art reception on September 11, 2020, next to her beautifully designed table.
Here we are together, Lilian and Robin, elated at how all of the hard work came together for a beautiful event.
Lilian also modeled for me at the opening reception. Here she is looking stunning next to the painting that the wearable art is designed from, Sakura Stroll. It is a soft luxurious wool fringed ruana shawl, made with 100% twill wool. Breathable throughout, whether worn as a cape, oversized scarf or colder weather poncho. Sakura Wool Poncho is available here.
