Art for a Lifetime

I use high quality professional art mediums for my original art. It is important to me to have art that lasts not just a lifetime but can be enjoyed for generations. If you have been collecting art from me you usually see my name, the title, and my handwritten copyright date on the back. Sometimes it will say UV, for UV varnish, the medium, or other details. Beginning last year I started using a stamp on the back of my original art. The rubber stamp is pressed into archival black ink and then I press it onto the canvas, wood, or paper backside of the art.

I personally pack and ship most small and medium artworks to my collectors. I will wrap the art sometimes in brown paper, glassine or wrapping paper. I even have my own wrapping paper with my art on it that I use on occasion. I have adhered a postcard, business card or image to the front of the wrapping. I have wanted to have a label on the front instead so I designed one and ordered it from Sticker Mule. I am loving these custom labels, in fact, I tried a few sizes and shapes. These are perfect for my original art packages as the say Robin Maria Pedrero fine art. I will design some different ones and order some for my art prints and cards too. They make the perfect finishing touch.

Art can change a space

Art added to your room can have a completely new impact on how you feel about the space in addition to how it looks. Here are some of my artworks to show you some examples.

Each space has a focal point and a conversation piece. There are places for your thoughts to wander. There are many experts to give advice on how to decorate and create a wonderful living space. Without Hesitation for the New Year

“Without Hesitation” 30x24” acrylic on canvas ©RobinMariaPedrero And we welcome 2021 without hesitation, we welcome new beginnings, a fresh start, and distance from the past year all at the stroke of midnight. Many seeking life as it used to be for the new year. Unlike Cinderella who at midnight lost her magical attire, and back to her rags, her unwanted past, I think we want more than what we once had precovid. We now have a deeper appreciation for what we took for granted. We seek new ways in looking for opportunities to build better lives. Without hesitation we move forward, the world spinning into the unknown 2021 ever so hopeful. Faith, my word for 2021, also breaks down in definition to Trust and Confidence. So my wish for all of us for 2021 being renewed with good lives, without hesitation moving forward in faith, trusting and confident.

Robin Maria Pedrero Represented by the Art Collective Gallery in Arkansas

I am pleased to share that I am now represented by the Art Collective Gallery in Rogers Arkansas.

Downtown Rogers is especially blessed to have The Art Collective. Situated in the core of the brick street district on the corner of First and Poplar, the pieces in the windows beckon passers by to venture in. It’s a unique experience with a wide range of mediums represented. Edgy, colorful, eclectic works are thoughtfully exhibited. “The future of the local art scene is bright. I think we have turned the corner, in Rogers especially. I wanted to be part of what’s going on and I believed if I built it the people would come.”

The Art Collective Gallery is located at 228 South First Street in Historic Downtown Rogers, Arkansas

Sophisticated Opening Reception Event with Joy in the Breakroom

In making my decisions for my solo opening reception event during this time of health concerns I knew it was best to hire a professional. Having had wonderful experiences at events where Lilian brought the magic of her Joy in the Breakroom creativity, I contacted her with these special circumstances. She came up with an incredibly original idea. She researched food options and designed a phenomenal presentation. Joy in the Breakroom made a beautiful and sophisticated Hors d’oeuvres buffet during COVID times, carefully planning for all the delicious food to be individually packaged. There were several hoops to jump through to accomplish catering this event, and I am ever so grateful to Lilian for handling all of it and making it so sophisticated.

“ALL of our food is planned inside safe individual containers WITH LIDS, which means we spent hours and hours finding the right type for every item included in our delicate menu. The depth, the height, the shape, the colors and the display to be placed all together will always highlight our clients’ brands!”

The hors d’oeuvres look like little art pieces or jewels themselves! We did include my art in the table decor. Lilian came up with a unique way to display some of my art boxes.

Lilian lit up my acrylic art boxes and filled them decoratively. These boxes are available in my Society6 Shop . Aren’t they delightful!!

Here we are together, Lilian and Robin, elated at how all of the hard work came together for a beautiful event.

Lilian also modeled for me at the opening reception. Here she is looking stunning next to the painting that the wearable art is designed from, Sakura Stroll. It is a soft luxurious wool fringed ruana shawl, made with 100% twill wool. Breathable throughout, whether worn as a cape, oversized scarf or colder weather poncho. Sakura Wool Poncho is available here.
